Florida was one bif fiasco after another. Frankly, I think the big problem was that it was soo close to begin with, and much of that was Gore’s fault as he was incredibly wooden and uncharismatic in almost every speech. Nowadays Gore’s different — not sure what happened that turned Mr Inconvenient Truth around.

Still my point remains valid. Nader’s 2000 run is at least partially responsible for Bush being in office. And in any case, our choices now between Republican and Democrat are extremely and obviously different. For Nader to claim otherwise is shear blindness.
